It was an honor designing this necklace for the talented singer and songwriter, Lauren Daigle. Her manager reached out and asked me to design a gift in celebration of her album “Look Up Child” going platinum in January of 2020.
The words “Look Up” are engraved on the front in Lauren’s handwriting. The other sides are also engraved with some of her lyrics sung powerfully throughout the album.
This necklace is a special, soulful piece. Lauren uses a canvas of words and the colors of sunset to inspire. I attempted to capture the thoughts, words and pictures and captivate them in gold. The stone is a landscape quartz from Brazil and when seen up close, all the natural inclusions and colors look like rays of sunlight pushing its way past the darkness. These stones are some of my favorite because they are nothing short of magical. The chain is woven with the colors of sunset and the words engraved are the reflections of a journeyed heart.
