How does the engraving process work?
If interested in personalizing your piece with a special engraving, please choose the "engraving" option from the drop down menu before going to checkout. When checking out, write your engraving personalization in the "special comments for seller" section. Our team will then reach out to you over email to finalize your engraving. The turnaround time for engraving is about 10-14 days.
Am I able to request changes to a piece that is for sale on the website?
Yes, customers may request small changes to their order such as using a different type of stone. There is a $100 fee applied to any changes. If you are interested, please add your preferred changes in the "special instructions for seller" section upon checkout and our team will reach out to you through email to follow up.
Will you perform jewelry repairs?
Yes, Cannon Lewis Jewelry will repair jewelry purchased from our company. We do not do repairs on pieces that are not our own.
What is your return policy?
Customers have 7 days upon receipt of their order to return the items for a full refund, minus the shipping charge.
We are not able to accept returns on pieces that have personalized engraving.
What is the cancellation policy?
Customers may cancel the order within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. No cancellation fee will be applied.
What is the average turnaround time for a custom piece?
The entire custom process usually takes between 4-6 weeks. Once the design is finalized, the piece takes 3 weeks to complete.
