A mountain scene for a mountain trail runner.
An incredible trail runner asked me to design something to represent the feel of her epic scenic runs. Every stone was analyzed and picked for its color. In fact, the entire piece was designed to replicate her favorite mountains that she has traversed.
The greens and yellows at the bottom of the mountains are meant to show the grasses and changing leaves. At the top, diamonds capture the sparkle of the mountain peaks, and the blue color-changing sky behind. The stones are set in platinum and stunning. This is one of the most creative pieces I have been asked to create - a dazzling ode to one woman's greatest passion in life, as well as the greatest hardships she has overcome.
